This is the 2nd time that Sophia has helped us to purchase a house. Sophia visits every one of the property that we are interested in with us and give us valuable insight on each of them. When we decide to make an offer, she will try her best to find out information as much as she can by talking to other agents that have recent sales in nearby area. This information is very, very helpful. This allows to us make a competitive offer without drastically overpaying. In both cases, we were able to get the property at slightly below full market price for similar properties in the nearby area. This service is just amazing and it shows that Sophia put her client's interest at heart. After-sale service is also amazing. Sophia has helped to 'open the door' while the property is still pending (with seller's approval), so that we can get contractors to come to give a quote. She gave many valuable remodeling advice. She also connects us with multiple contractors so that we can get multiple quotes. After we get the 2nd house, I intend to rent out the first one. Since it is my first time being landlord, I have no clue. Sophia goes the extra mile of giving many advice, like how to screen tenants, what should or should not be included as part of the rental, etc. Sophia is also a loan officer with high integrity. If she finds that there is a loan rate better than what her company offers. She will refer the client to the outside lenders, even though it is against her interest. In fact, she has connected us to a few direct lenders. She even followed up with them and was able to help us to find a rate for 30 year fixed jumbo loan at a very good rate.
